These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bbaje platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bbaje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you ("the User", "you", "your") governing your access to and use of the bbaje website at bbaje.vu, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the Platform. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with bbaje, that you are not subject to a self-exclusion order from any online gaming platform, and that you are not registering on behalf of any third party. Use of automated scripts, bots, or any software to access, register, or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration and Security
Your responsibilities regarding your bbaje account
Each individual user is permitted to hold one account on the bbaje Platform. Registering or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals held within them. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and must keep your account information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered phone number and password. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are processed in the currency of the payment method and converted to the account currency at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. bbaje does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that was previously used to fund the account, subject to the Platform's KYC verification requirements being satisfied. bbaje processes withdrawal requests promptly under normal operating conditions; typical processing times are displayed within the Platform. bbaje reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification or in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. bbaje reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after a notification period. The applicable fee and notification procedure will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction. Dormant account fees will not reduce a balance below zero. Users may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting bbaje support.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Terms that apply to all bonus and promotional offers on the bbaje platform
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by bbaje are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any other conditions applicable to a particular bonus will be set out in the individual offer terms accompanying that bonus. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbaje Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or payment credentials.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit Platform promotions, game mechanics, or betting markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.
- Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner that substitutes for or augments normal human play.
- Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources or using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with bbaje support.
bbaje employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bbaje will take immediate remedial action and is not required to provide advance notice to the affected account holder. bbaje's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 7 of these Terms.
6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbaje, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer failure, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if bbaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bbaje's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbaje account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bbaje does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bbaje makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of game results, or the availability of any particular game or betting market at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party provider outages may temporarily affect Platform availability. bbaje will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly following any outage.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
How these Terms may change and the legal framework that governs them
bbaje reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a modification is material — meaning it significantly affects user rights or obligations — bbaje will provide at least seven days' notice to registered users via the contact details held on file before the modification takes effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or restructuring that does not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication. The current version of these Terms is always accessible on the Platform. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bbaje's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of a class or collective action. Nothing in this clause limits your rights to use self-exclusion tools or contact support for account-related issues.
